What Streameow is

Streameow is a cross-platform media player for your phone, your desktop and your Smart TV. It plays live TV, movies and series from a playlist that you add yourself. That is the whole of what it does: it is software that plays media you already have the right to access.

No content, channels, media or playlists are provided

Streameow does not provide, sell, host, supply, bundle, stream, broadcast, distribute or otherwise include any channels, live TV, movies, series, media, recordings, subscriptions or playlists of any kind. Specifically:

• Nothing is pre-loaded in the app — it ships empty, ready for a playlist you provide.
• No channels, content or subscriptions can be purchased from, through, or inside Streameow.
• No media files, channel lists or playlists are stored on, or served by, Streameow.
• Streameow has no catalogue, no library and no media of its own to offer you.

Your one-time license unlocks the player software only. What you choose to play through it is entirely separate from Streameow.

We do not help you find playlists or providers

Streameow does not recommend, endorse, advertise, link to, sell, resell or help you locate any playlist, channel list, media source, subscription or service provider. We cannot and will not tell you where to obtain a playlist, what to load, or which provider to use. Sourcing a playlist is entirely up to you, from a provider you already have a lawful relationship with.

You supply your own playlist — and you are responsible for it

To use Streameow you add your own playlist (for example an M3U URL or file, or your own media) obtained from your own, separate, lawful provider. By loading a playlist you confirm that:

• You obtained it from a legitimate source that you are entitled to use.
• You have the legal right to access, stream and view everything it contains in your country.
• You — not Streameow — are solely responsible for the playlist, its source, and how you use it.

If you do not have the right to access a given playlist or stream, do not load it into Streameow.

What your payment is for

Streameow offers a 7-day free trial, after which a one-time lifetime license unlocks the player on your device(s). That payment is for the player software only — it is never a payment for channels, content, media or any subscription. Streameow earns nothing from, and has no involvement in, whatever you choose to play through it. Payments are handled by our payment processor (Paddle); see our Refund Policy for details.

No affiliation with any content provider or broadcaster

Streameow is an independent media player. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any broadcaster, channel, studio, network, streaming service, rights holder, content provider or playlist provider. Any trademarks, channel names, logos or artwork that may appear inside content you load belong to their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply any relationship with, or approval by, Streameow.

Provided "as is" — no warranty over what you load

Because Streameow does not control, host or supply any content or source, we make no guarantee about the availability, legality, quality, accuracy or continuity of anything you play. Streams may buffer, change, break or disappear for reasons entirely outside our control. The player itself is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Your use of any playlist or stream is at your own risk.

Third-party sources & links

Streameow plays from third-party playlists, servers and services that you choose to use. We do not control, operate, monitor or take responsibility for those third parties — including their content, availability, security, pricing or practices. Any dealings you have with a provider are strictly between you and that provider.

Your responsibility & compliance with the law

You may only use Streameow with content you are legally entitled to access, and you must comply with all applicable laws and the rights of others in your jurisdiction. Using the player to access content you do not have the right to view is a misuse of the software and is solely your responsibility, not Streameow's.

If you believe content accessible through a playlist infringes your rights, please note that Streameow does not host that content — but you can review our DMCA / Copyright page and our Terms for how reports and acceptable use are handled.

Changes to this disclaimer

We may update this disclaimer from time to time to keep it accurate and clear. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of Streameow after a change means you accept the revised disclaimer.
